Virtual Practice is a web-based software application for the health and aged care industries developed as a collaboration between medical professionals to improve the quality of documentation. It is patient-centered, easy to use, and with it's web-based interface it has the advantage that it can be used from any location.

Virtual Practice was developed to deal with the following concepts:

3. Bring a greater focus on prevention to the health system
4. Better integrate acute services and ages care services, and improve the transition between hospital and care
5. Improve front line care to better promote healthy lifestyles and prevent and intervene early chronic illness
6. Improve the provision of health services in rural areas
7. Improve Indigenous health outcomes
8. Provide a well qualified and sustainable workforce into the future
